I am a qualified integrative counsellor/psychotherapist offering confidential short and long term therapy.
I have been counselling locally for the past ten years including having counselled at Kingston Women’s Centre and Sutton Counselling Centre.
I am a full and registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I work according and adhering to the code of ethics stipulated by the BACP, and as part of my professional practice I attend clinical supervision as well as regular professional development sessions.
I provide down to earth therapy in a supportive, comfortable and confidential environment. I believe that each person is unique and so I work in different ways to encourage greater insight, awareness and understanding of why problems may have arisen and how change can happen.
What I work with:
Abuse, addictions, anxiety, attachment issues, bereavement, child related issues, depression, family issues, low self-confidence, physical abuse, postnatal depression, relationship issues, sexual issues, sexuality, stress, trauma, work related issues
